“Happy is the person who not only sings, but feels God’s eye is on the sparrow, and knows He watches over me. To be simply ensconced in God is true joy.” —Alfred A. Montapert
“Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? 7But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.” —Jesus (Luke 12:6, 7)

Amen, Rene! What a wonderful quote … Thank you so much for the reminder of God’s care for us, His children 🙂

I’m glad it blessed you! It has a dual meaning for me. The first is the reminder of God’s care for us. The second is a reminder to be truly ensconced in God as we sing in worship to Him. Sometimes when we sing in church, especially familiar hymns with lots of verses, we can merely sing. I want to be in such communion with the Lord that I feel His presence and get to know Him more.

Lovely, Rene. Nice fonts, too. I still have yet to figure out how to import different fonts into Adobe Illustrator. On my ‘to-do’ list.

Although I have used Adobe Illustrator, I do everything in Adobe Photoshop, and I don’t know if it makes a difference, but I use a Mac, too, so I’m not sure if I could offer any advice. Thank you, Sue! 😀
